This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») applies to all information that the C.Nord company and / or its affiliates may receive information about the user during use of any of the websites, services, softwares and products of C.Nord (hereinafter — Services, C.Nord Services).

Use of the C.Nord Services means the unconditional consent of the user with the present Policy and the conditions specified in it for processing his /her personal information; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the Services.

1. Personal information of users, which C.Nord receives and processes

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, «personal user information» means:

1.2 This Policy applies only to C.Nord Services. C.Nord does not control and does not bear responsibility for the websites of third parties for which the user can click on the links available on the C.Nord website. On such websites, other user personal information may be collected or requested, as well as other actions may be performed.

1.3. C.Nord generally does not verify the validity of personal information and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, C.Nord assumes that the user provides a reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the registration form, and maintains this information up-to-date.

2. Objectives of collection and processing of personal user information

2.1. C.Nord collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of Services (the performance of agreements and contracts with the user).

2.2. C.Nord can use personal information of the user for the following purposes:

• Identification of the parties in the framework of agreements and contracts with C.Nord.
• Providing the user with personalized Services.
• Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the user.

3. Terms for processing user personal information and its transfer to third parties

3.1. C.Nord stores personal information of users in accordance with internal regulations of specific services.

3.2. C.Nord has the right to transfer the user personal information to third parties in the following cases:

4. Changing by the user his / her personal information

The user can change or delete the personal information or a part of it, by contacting the technical support of C.Nord.

5. Measures to protect personal user information

C.Nord takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user personal information from an unauthorized or random access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
